Who this covers
This policy applies to vectrah.com, the public marketing website for Vectrah. Our Electronic Medical Record product is still in development, so this page describes how we treat information shared through the website itself. When the product becomes available we will publish separate terms that cover clinical and patient data.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. Today that means:
- Contact details: when you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit so we can reply to you.
- Voice recordings: if you choose to contribute your voice, we receive your email address and the recordings of the sentences you read aloud.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our server may record standard request information such as your browser type and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for health information through this website, and we ask that you do not send patient details through the contact form.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and follow up on requests you send us.
- To operate, maintain and improve the website.
- To keep the site and our systems secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How submissions reach us
Messages from the contact form are delivered to our team by email. That message travels through the email service we use to run our inbox. We keep these messages only as long as we need them to help you.
Voice recordings
Recordings made on our contribute page are used only to train and evaluate Vectrah’s speech recognition. Our team listens to each one to check it matches its sentence. The audio is stored privately on Amazon Web Services. Your email is kept in our private records so we can find your recordings, but it is never included in the audio files or their transcripts, and never shared. You must be 18 or older to contribute.
You can ask us to delete your recordings at any time. Email admin@vectrah.com from the address you contributed with and we will remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out through the contact page and we will take care of it.
Changes
As Vectrah grows, this policy will grow with it. When we make meaningful changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
